Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Pattern Nexus. Purchases completed entirely through Lulu or another third-party seller follow that seller policy.
Recurring Plans
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until canceled.
Cancellation
Cancel through account subscription controls when available or email [email protected] from the account email. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid term. Submit cancellation before renewal is processed. Account deletion does not necessarily cancel an external billing agreement.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, recurring charges are nonrefundable after a billing period begins; unused time is not prorated; one-time digital purchases are nonrefundable after access delivery; disagreement with research, a later update or later public release is not a refund basis; donations are nonrefundable; and direct Lulu orders follow Lulu rules.
PN will investigate duplicate charges, promptly reported unauthorized transactions, wrong amounts and unresolved technical failure. PN may restore access, credit, extend access or issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Failed Payments and Price Changes
A permitted payment retry may occur and access may pause. Future recurring price changes receive legally required advance notice.
Hardcover Benefit
One eligible book is available per qualifying successfully paid annual plan under the offer shipping rules. A refunded, reversed or fraudulent annual payment may cancel the benefit.
