Terms of Service

These Terms govern Pattern Nexus, patternnexus.com, associated accounts, premium research, one-time digital purchases, Pattern Nexus Community, Pattern Nexus SIM, Macro Engine, PN Trade, Market Radar, and every related service that links to these Terms (collectively, the Services). The Services are currently operated by Christopher Grenke d/b/a Pattern Nexus (Pattern Nexus, PN, we, us, or our).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, submitting content, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create a general account. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting to purchase a subscription or one-time product, use PN Trade, or access another paid market-analysis tool.

2. Accounts and Connected PN Services

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized access. A PN account may authenticate you across the main site, Community, Trade, SIM and Macro Engine. Limited account identifiers, roles, entitlements or authentication tokens may pass between these systems to complete the login handoff. You may not sell, transfer, share or sublicense an account or paid entitlement.

3. Content and Access Levels

PN may provide public content, registered-user content, recurring-membership content, separately purchased exclusive content, previews, books, simulations and separately priced tools. Access to one category does not grant access to every PN product unless the offer expressly says so.

4. Recurring Subscriptions

A monthly or annual subscription automatically renews at the disclosed interval and price, plus applicable tax, until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge handled by the disclosed payment processor. Checkout will display the price, frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method before payment and will provide a retainable acknowledgment afterward.

Cancel through the account subscription controls when available or email [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid term. Unless law or the Refund Policy requires otherwise, cancellation does not refund a charge already processed. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active processor billing agreement; cancel the subscription first.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices and billing intervals are those displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. PN may change a future recurring price after advance notice required by law; cancel before the stated effective date to avoid the changed charge. Payments may be processed by PayPal or another provider displayed at checkout. PN ordinarily receives payment status, transaction/subscription identifiers and limited payer details, not a complete card number processed entirely by the provider. Failed payments may be retried where permitted and paid access may be suspended while unpaid.

6. One-Time Digital Purchases

An exclusive article or digital product labeled one-time is a single charge, not a recurring subscription. Purchase grants the buying account a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the identified content while PN continues to host and has the right to provide it. It does not transfer copyright or permit account sharing, copying, republication, scraping, resale, public display or redistribution. Content may later be corrected, updated, archived, included in a membership or released publicly without creating a refund right. PN does not promise perpetual or lifetime hosting.

7. Annual Hardcover Benefit

If a paid annual offer expressly includes a hardcover book, it is limited to one book per qualifying, successfully paid subscription and account. The member must provide an accurate address by the stated deadline. PN may share that address with the printer, fulfillment provider and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; shipping territory, included shipping and any customs charges are governed by the offer. Returned shipments caused by an incorrect address may require additional shipping. There is no cash substitution. Direct Lulu purchases are fulfilled under Lulu terms and are separate from PN subscription billing. A refunded, reversed or charged-back annual payment may cancel the associated benefit.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

The Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. Nothing limits a non-waivable consumer right. Contact support about duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed purchases before initiating a chargeback when reasonably possible; this does not waive a lawful payment dispute.

9. Research, Markets and No Professional Relationship

PN publishes independent research, journalism, models, commentary, forecasts and educational material. It does not create an adviser-client, broker-customer, fiduciary, attorney-client, tax, medical or other professional relationship. Information is general and impersonal and is not adapted to your portfolio, finances, objectives or risk tolerance. You remain responsible for independent verification and qualified advice.

10. PN Trade and Market Tools

PN Trade, Market Radar, trade callouts, scanners, scores, charts, alerts and simulations are general decision-support and educational tools. They do not place trades, control accounts or guarantee results. Market data and model output may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable or wrong. You are responsible for execution, entries, exits, sizing, taxes and risk. The PN Trade Terms and Risk Disclosure also applies.

11. Intellectual Property

PN articles, reports, books, charts, graphics, databases, code, interfaces, models and branding are owned by Christopher Grenke/Pattern Nexus or licensed to PN. Except for private use and legally protected fair use, you may not reproduce, scrape, mirror, commercially translate, train a model on, republish, resell, remove attribution from or create commercial derivatives without written permission.

12. Community and User Conduct

The User Content Policy governs comments, threads, messages, uploads and other submissions. You may not manipulate markets, coordinate deceptive trading, disclose material nonpublic information, impersonate, dox, threaten, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape protected data, evade access controls, spam or act unlawfully.

13. Third Parties

Links or integrations with PayPal, Google, Lulu, TradingView, Kiavi, data vendors and other services do not make PN responsible for those providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

14. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as is and as available. PN disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, noninfringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. PN does not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness or profitability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PN and its owner, contributors and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages; trading losses; or loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity caused by use, reliance, interruption, unauthorized access, third-party conduct or market-data error. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the affected Service during the preceding six months or US $50, except where prohibited by law.

16. Suspension and Termination

PN may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, security threats, account sharing, infringement, manipulation, unlawful activity, abuse or material breach. Payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and dispute provisions survive termination.

17. Changes

PN may modify features or discontinue a Service. Material Terms changes will receive notice appropriate to the change and new consent where required. The posted effective date identifies the current version.

18. Illinois Law and Venue

Illinois law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms. Unless consumer law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction where the operator resides or principally conducts business in Illinois. An eligible individual claim may be brought in small-claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration or impose a class-action waiver.

19. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce is not waiver. These Terms and linked policies are the agreement concerning the Services.
