Community Guidelines and User Content Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

This Policy covers comments, profiles, Community threads, direct messages, uploads, tips, reactions and submissions.

Users retain ownership of original submissions and grant PN a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, reproduce, display, distribute and moderate them as needed to operate, secure, archive and promote the Services. The license ends after deletion from active systems except for reasonable backups, legal/moderation records, conversation integrity and previously authorized promotion.

Users must own or control needed rights. Infringement, impersonation, doxxing, threats, unlawful harassment, malware, spam, fraud, deceptive promotion, illegal goods, material nonpublic information and market manipulation are prohibited.

Direct messages are not guaranteed confidential or end-to-end encrypted. Authorized personnel may access them for support, abuse investigation, security or law. PN may label, limit, hide, remove or preserve content and warn, suspend or terminate users. AI assistance is permitted, but the user remains responsible; bots, bulk-generated spam and undisclosed impersonation are prohibited.
